For those who don't know, Scott Terrace is
one of Houston's best-kept secrets. Nestled
among three highways in the shadows of
Houston's Downtown, this quaint and unique
deed-restricted neighborhood of approximately
250 homes continues to attract future
home-buyers and business owners.  Scott
Terrace supports diverse updates while
maintaining its charm and sense of history. It
possesses the Southeast Transit Center. The
Scott Terrace community is five minutes from
Texas Southern University, University of
Houston, The Houston Zoo, The Houston
Medical Center and the Houston Museum
district. The neighborhood schools are
Thompson Elementary, Foster Elementary,
MacArthur Elementary and Cullen Middle
